SplitCapture ("the Extension") is a Chrome extension that captures full-page screenshots and splits them into Figma-friendly image tiles. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data the Extension handles.
When you capture a page, the Extension reads the visible content of the current tab and processes the resulting images entirely within your browser. Screenshots, captured images, page content, and page URLs are never transmitted to us or to any third party, and are never stored on any server. Generated images are saved only to your own device when you download them or copy them to your clipboard.
Your settings (such as split height and overlap) and your daily free-tier usage counts are
stored locally in your browser using chrome.storage.local. This data stays on your
device and is not transmitted to us.
If you choose to upgrade to the Pro plan or log in to restore a purchase, payment is handled by ExtPay (extensionpay.com) and Stripe. In that case, your email address and payment information are sent to and stored by ExtPay and Stripe for the purpose of processing payment and verifying your license. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We only receive your license status (paid / not paid) and the email address associated with your purchase.
We use the limited data described above only to provide the Extension's single purpose: capturing and splitting screenshots, and managing your Pro license. We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising or any unrelated purpose, and do not use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending.
The Extension requests only the permissions needed for its function: activeTab
and scripting (to capture and process the page you choose), downloads
(to save images), offscreen (to compose images), clipboardWrite
(to copy images), and storage (to save settings locally). The Extension does not
request broad host permissions.
Local data (settings, usage counts) can be removed at any time by clearing the Extension's storage or uninstalling it. To delete payment/account data held by ExtPay/Stripe, contact us or refer to their privacy policies linked above.
The Extension is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

SplitCapture（以下「本拡張機能」）は、Webページのフルページスクリーンショットを撮影し、 Figmaで扱いやすいサイズに分割するChrome拡張機能です。当方はユーザーのプライバシーを重視します。 本ポリシーは、本拡張機能が扱うデータについて説明します。
ページをキャプチャする際、本拡張機能は現在のタブの表示内容を読み取り、生成される画像を すべてブラウザ内で処理します。スクリーンショット、キャプチャ画像、ページ内容、 ページURLは、当方および第三者に一切送信されず、いかなるサーバーにも保存されません。 生成された画像は、ユーザーがダウンロードまたはクリップボードにコピーした場合に、ユーザー自身の端末にのみ保存されます。
設定（分割高さ・オーバーラップ等）および無料枠の日次使用回数は、chrome.storage.local
によりブラウザ内にローカル保存されます。これらは端末内に留まり、当方に送信されません。
Proプランへのアップグレード、または購入復元のためのログインを行う場合、決済は ExtPay（extensionpay.com）およびStripeが処理します。この場合、 メールアドレスおよび決済情報がExtPayおよびStripeに送信・保存され、決済処理と ライセンス確認に使用されます。当方がカード情報の全体を受領・保存することはありません。当方が受け取るのは、 ライセンス状態（課金済み/未課金）と購入に紐づくメールアドレスのみです。
上記の限定的なデータは、本拡張機能の単一目的（スクリーンショットの撮影・分割、およびProライセンスの管理）の ためにのみ利用します。データの販売は行わず、広告その他の無関係な目的には利用せず、 信用調査や与信判断にも利用しません。
本拡張機能は、機能に必要な権限のみを要求します。activeTab・scripting
（選択されたページのキャプチャ・処理）、downloads（画像の保存）、offscreen
（画像合成）、clipboardWrite（画像のコピー）、storage（設定のローカル保存）。
広範なホスト権限は要求しません。
ローカルデータ（設定・使用回数）は、本拡張機能のストレージを消去するかアンインストールすることで いつでも削除できます。ExtPay/Stripeが保持する決済・アカウントデータの削除については、当方に連絡いただくか、 上記の各プライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。
本拡張機能は13歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、意図的にデータを収集しません。
